Once your site has been completed, the temporary site will be taken down.
As part of our commitment to helping you launch your site successfully, Net Novice will assist you in transferring all necessary files and databases to your permanent host.
For the first two weeks following the completion of your website, our team will provide initial setup support to ensure a smooth transition.
After this initial period, we will continue to offer support only in the event of issues related to the files we have provided.
Please be advised that in the event of non-payment for our services, Net Novice reserves the right to withhold all website files until payment is received.
If payment is not received within 2 years of completion of the website, we will remove all site files from our system.
In addition, once your site is complete, you will have a period of 2 weeks to view the temporary site.
If payment is not received within this time frame, the temporary site will be taken down until payment is made.
